The antimicrobial thermoset powder solution
STERILCOAT® is the Protech Group’s line of anti-microbial powder coatings that prevent the spread of dangerous microorganisms and suppress the growth of mold, bacteria, yeast, and mildew. Independent laboratory results show an almost complete elimination of microbial populations on surfaces coated with STERILCOAT®. These powders are formulated using silver ions, the most powerful and long-lasting natural anti-microbial agent known. Even under humid conditions, a potentially dangerous scenario for increased microbial activity, the silver ions in the powders will release slowly, providing increased and long-term protection. Frequent washing of a STERILCOAT® finished surface will not reduce the powder’s anti-bacterial properties. STERILCOAT® powders are extremely durable and demonstrate outstanding chemical and stain resistance. They are available in a wide range of colors and textures and can be formulated to fit your exact needs. STERILCOAT® is the ideal application for handrails, fitness equipment, bathroom partitions, hospital equipment, and any other surface that may breed harmful bacteria.
