OVERVIEW
DE NATUURLIJKE LATEX SPECIALISTISCH MATERIAAL
Natuurlijke latex wordt op grote schaal gebruikt in vele toepassingen en producten, hetzij alleen, hetzij in combinatie met andere materialen.
In de meeste van zijn vormen heeft het een grote rekverhouding, een uitstekende elasticiteit en treksterkte, en is het uiterst waterdicht.
NATLEX™ is afkomstig van natuurlijke latex, een melkwitte vloeistof die wordt opgevangen door dunne reepjes te snijden in de schors van de Hevea Brasiliensis rubberboom.siliensis rubber tree.
HOE WERKT HET?
Natuurlijke latex wordt in een centrifuge gedaan, stabilisatoren worden toegevoegd, en de latex wordt gemengd om het rubbergehalte te verhogen.
De latex wordt vervolgens aangepast door toevoeging van andere grondstoffen op waterbasis om de gewenste prestatiekenmerken van het eindproduct, NATLEX™, te bereiken.

Casting & Slush Casting
These compounds are pre-vulcanized natural latex used to produce hollow, flexible products by slush casting into plaster molds. The latex sets up as a result of water in the latex being absorbed into the plaster mold, depositing a wall of gelled latex on the mold surface. The excess latex is then poured out of the mold, the remaining layer is partially dried, and then removed from the mold and completely dried.

GenGrip Foam Adhesives
A one-part, water-based, natural latex adhesive specifically developed for adhesion for foam-to-foam applications. The adhesive can be sprayed, or brush applied to the foam. This adhesive bonds rapidly & reliably, as is required for these applications. Being water-based offers a solvent-free alternative to the existing solvent-based adhesives historically used for these applications.
