SUPER SANDTEX has been developed with an optimal formula and grain size distribution. Both ensure even distribution and good edge coverage. As a result, the surface of the object looks very even. Proper pre-treatment is required to achieve good corrosion resistance and good outdoor durability.

The powder can cure at an object temperature of 10 minutes at 160°C (low-bake) or 5 minutes at 180°C (fast cure). Moreover, our powder has degassing properties and very good outdoor durability. This powder has an aesthetically pleasing finish and is Qualicoat certified (approval number P-1237). Super Sandtex technology can be formulated in any colour upon request. Common applications include aluminium windows & doors, furniture, spotlights, bicycles, etc.
